For diagnostic and Pass/Fail Testing — Permits expanded testing (compared to models in our low voltage product line) for insulation resistance (IRI) and dielectric breakdown (DWV).
All CableEye testers are suitable for production, fault diagnosis, QC (Quality Control), assembly, and prototyping of standard or custom cables. Each combines test, fault location, design, documentation, labeling, and database storage in one instrument. Tests can be performed on long cables (with or without connectors) or no cables (e.g. connectors, backplanes, PCBs, components).

HV Enclosures with Integrated Safety Test
The HV test hood according to Performance Level e (ISO 13849-1), developed by us according to the EN50191 standard (erection and operation of fixed and temporary electrical test installations), offers the highest safety for the operator. The large test chamber is enclosed with a hood made of sturdy, highly insulating and transparent plastic. During the test, there is a clear view of the test specimen. A signal light visually indicates safe opening when the light is “green”. “Red light” symbolises danger, the hood cannot be opened due to the safety interlock. FSHV offers three different types of AC voltage test systems, the conventional type is AC test transformer design, mainly for testing objects of medium & low capacitance products, particularly for tests requiring stable voltage even if the load changes under voltage (corona, wet & pollution tests) or when the load is inductive (like inductive voltage transformers).
